Adam and Dr. Drew open the show discussing the digital sign that he saw today driving around the freeways of Los Angeles. Once Adam calms down slightly, they move on to the phones and speak to a caller who has a question about a documentary that he saw that he'd like Dr. Drew's take on. The conversation then turns to a tweet someone sent to Adam accusing him of having a high level of self esteem and the guys break down why the things used as evidence are not in fact related to esteem at all. As the show wraps up we discover that Drew doesn't know about the infamous Gloria Alred 'Crystal Brain' comment.
